For this reason, we have drawn up this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "PRIVACY POLICY"), which regulates, in general terms, the collection and processing by us of the personal data that you provide to us as a user of the website accessible through the domain name www.lacor.es (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE").
LACOR reserves the right to modify the PRIVACY POLICY in order to adapt it to new legislative, jurisprudential and/or administrative developments, as well as to the practices developed at any given time through the WEBSITE, taking into account your rights and interests at all times.
In any case, LACOR will provide you with the appropriate technical resources so that you can access the PRIVACY POLICY in order to duly comply with the information obligations that we are required to observe in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

The party responsible for the processing of your data is LACOR MENAJE PROFESIONAL, S.L.U., a company with registered office in Bergara (Gipuzkoa), Barrio San Juan, s/n, registered in the Mercantile Register of Gipuzkoa, in volume 2.201, folio 146, page SS-26.318 and with tax identification number B-20892394.

2. How did we obtain your data?
The data that we process at LACOR have been obtained from you, (i) during your browsing on the WEBSITE; (ii) through the various forms that you fill in while using the WEBSITE; (iii) by sending an e-mail query; or (iv) through other duly identified collection systems, such as the video surveillance system implemented in our facilities.
When so indicated, the provision of the data collected in the forms available on the WEBSITE is obligatory, and failure to provide it will make it impossible to process your request, whether it refers to your registration as a user, obtaining information, subscribing to the "Newsletter" service or any other service available on the WEBSITE.
In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, you warrant that you have informed such third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and obtained their consent to provide their data to LACOR for the purposes set out below.
In addition, we inform you of the possible processing of your social network data through the corporate profiles that LACOR maintains available on each social network on which it is present, all in accordance with the terms and conditions established on each social network.
3. What kind of data do we process?
The data that we process at LACOR are those that you have provided us with through the appropriate forms that we use to formalise our contact with you and/or via e-mail.
In particular, LACOR processes the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact details (e.g. name, surname, ID card number, postal and e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
- Professional data (company in which you perform your duties, job title and duties, professional postal and e-mail address, and professional telephone number) to the extent that (i) you provide them through the relevant forms; and (ii) they are necessary for your business location and/or for the maintenance of our business relationship with you or your entity.
- Codes and passwords for identification as a registered user of the WEBSITE, where such registration is possible.
- Internet browsing data (e.g. IP address, website visits, wifi network connections, etc.).
- Data on personal characteristics, training, employment, etc. (in the case of job applications/offers and/or LACOR selection processes in which you participate on a voluntary basis).
- Images captured by the video surveillance system installed at the entrances to our facilities.
4. For what purposes do we process your data and on what grounds?
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To manage and process your registration as a user of the WEBSITE, where possible, and on the basis of your request for pre-contractual measures or the contractual relationship established with you in this regard.
- To manage your access to and use of the content and services that LACOR makes available to you through the WEBSITE, including blog services, social networks or any other functionalities that are accessible from the WEBSITE from time to time and on the basis of your request for pre-contractual measures or the contractual relationship established with you in this regard.
- To process and manage requests for information, suggestions, complaints or claims made via the WEBSITE or e-mail, and on the basis of your consent.
- To manage your subscription to our newsletter service and the sending of the corresponding electronic communications, provided that you have consented to this and on the basis of such consent.
- To send you by various means, including electronic means, commercial and advertising communications from LACOR and other entities within its corporate group, regarding products, services, offers, promotions and any other relevant information concerning such entities, provided that (i) you have consented to this and on the basis of such consent; or (ii) where you have previously contracted with us for similar products or services and on the basis of LACOR's legitimate interest (marketing).
- To process your job application or your registration for a job offer and your participation in the relevant selection procedure, all on the basis of your request for pre-contractual measures.
- To guarantee the security and integrity of people and property by capturing images through the video surveillance system implemented at the entrances and inside our facilities, all based on the public interest (safety of people and property).
We remind you that, in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you may revoke it at any time, freely and free of charge, under the terms indicated in Section 7 below.
5. To whom do we disclose your data?
Apart from those cases in which LACOR is obliged to do so by law (e.g. Tax Authorities, Justice Administration or other Public Administrations), your data will not be communicated to third parties.
Furthermore, we inform you that your personal data may be provided to third parties that provide services to LACOR, as Data Processors, some of which have data processing centres located outside the European Economic Area, so that your data may be subject to international data transfer, subject to the applicable legal guarantees. In particular, LACOR uses the technological services of third parties located in the United States to manage the sending of electronic commercial communications, with the corresponding international data transfers being covered by the European Commission's Decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-USA Privacy Framework).
6. How long will we keep your data?
In general, personal data will be retained for as long as they continue to be necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and as long as you do not revoke your consent to the processing or request their deletion at an earlier point in time, as well as for the additional time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that LACOR must observe.
In any case, we inform you that LACOR has established internal data purification policies aimed at controlling the retention periods of the personal data in its possession, so that they may be deleted when they are no longer necessary and/or appropriate for the purpose for which they were collected.
In particular, the following is noted:
- With regard to the video surveillance system installed in our facilities, it is hereby stated that the images captured will be deleted within a maximum period of one month.
- For the management of job applications, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years.
7. What are your rights
The applicable data protection legislation grants you a number of rights relating to your personal data which you may exercise during the processing of your personal data. These rights are set out below:
- Access to your data: you have the right to access your data to find out what personal data concerning you we are processing.
- Request rectification or erasure of your data: in certain circumstances, you have the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you which are processed by us or even to ask us to erase them if, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Request the limitation of the processing of your data: in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your data, in which case we inform you that we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims as provided for in the applicable regulations on data protection.
- To portability of your data: in certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another data controller.
- Object to the processing of your data: in certain circumstances and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, in which case we will no longer process it unless, for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of any claims, the data must be retained.
Furthermore, where the processing of your data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Finally, it should be noted that you may lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (in LACOR's case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency), especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
